Have a safe journey Churchill

We just found out that Churchill's cancer has done too much damage and it was still growing. The board decided that the humane thing to do was let Churchill finally have peace.

Mommy and I are crying so it is hard to type a long post. We are happy that he found love, belly rubs, loving faces to kiss and relief from pain for those few weeks in foster care.

You will always be in our thoughts Churchill.

Please say goodbye to Churchill: http://fbrnetworknews.blogspot.com/2007/07/rest-in-peace.html#links

Oh what sad news. It seems like so many pups are saying goodbye lately. I don't know how much more I can stand....

That was very sad but it sounds like he was in the hands of angels. What they did for him was wonderful.

Dear Balboa and Mommy,
Thank you for all your good wishes and support over the last few weeks. It's a sad day, but we are so happy to know that Churchill touched so many kind people.
Be well,

That is so very sad but it is happy to since he will no longer have to suffer and he was loved by many the way he should have been in the last few weeks of his life.

Balboa, this is too sad. But at least he had few weeks of good care and lovely people around him.

Oh this is so sad. I read his story and things seemed to be looking up for him. I hope he enjoyed his last days with people who cared about him and, finally, wanted to make him feel better.

Godspeed Churchill. He was very loved in the last days of his life and will not suffer anymore. Sometimes you can't always win the fight.

It still hurts though.

What sad, sad news. The fact that people let his condition get to this is just disgusting and unbelievable.

We know he's pain free and running happily through the grass now. RIP

Incredibly sad and heartwrenching--but to know that he had the last few weeks of his life be the best--is a nice thought.

I gave you a rockin guy blogger award go to my blog to check it out.

Like so many others, we were so touched by Chuchills story, and have shed many tears over his passing. Rest in peace buddy, and we'll see you at the bridge.

Balboa,

My girl and I kept checking the site to check on Churchill's progress. It really did look like things might turn around for him. I'm bummed that he was too sick to be treated, but he sure was loved on his way to the bridge! Thanks for introducing all of us to him.

Goob love,
Stanley
